Ticket Purchase

First 700 tickets sold are entitled to an Early Bird gift. When the Early Bird gift has been fully redeemed, it will be announced and indicated on the event’s Facebook page (YLSG Virtual EOS 2021: F10urish). Ticket Purchasers who qualify for Early Bird gifts will be notified in their Purchase & Ticket Summary email.

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still did not receive a confirmation email 24 hours after payment is completed, please email to custservsingapore@youngliving.com or call Young Living Singapore hotline at (+65) 6911 0211.

Upon completion of ticket purchase, an email will be sent to you (the purchaser) with Ticket Codes for each ticket purchased. As the purchaser, you can then keep one Ticket Code for yourself and distribute the Ticket Code for the other tickets to your intended guests by clicking “INVITE” and entering the email addresses of your guests. Each guest will receive an invitation email with the Ticket Code for him/her to login and update his/her own profile with his/her respective Young Living Member ID (if applicable) and details.

It is strongly encouraged that you use your Young Living registered email address and provide your Member ID during registration –between September 1 to October 5, so that you will be able to purchase new products and event-specific promotions with ease.

  1. Only Young Living members are eligible for the Ticket Purchase Gift Bundle. Non-members can be eligible for the gift when they enroll as members by October 31, 11:59 P.M. with the email address used during registration.
  2. When Eligible Ticket Holders* place their orders during the Virtual EOS promotion period, the Ticket Purchase Gift Bundle will be tagged to the order for delivery or pick-up.
  3. If there is no product order placed during Virtual EOS, the Ticket Purchase Gift Bundle will be tagged to the Eligible Ticket Holder’s* next Singapore Essential Rewards Order for delivery or pick-up.
  4. Eligible Ticket Holders* can also visit the Young Living Singapore Experience Centre after the Virtual EOS 2021 to collect their Ticket Purchase Gift Bundle without any order. All delivery and pick-up of Ticket Purchase Gift Bundle will commence from October 12, 2021, and end by October 31, 2021.
  5. Eligible Ticket Holders* can also call Young Living Singapore hotline at (+65) 6911 0211 or email custservsingapore@youngliving.com to arrange for delivery at applicable delivery fees of $9.63.
  6. Young Living members not residing in Singapore shall arrange for their orders and/or Ticket Purchase Gift Bundles to be collected at the Young Living Singapore Experience Centre or delivered to a Singapore address of their choice. Logistical/shipping arrangements and their respective costs are to be borne by the member.

In the event if the Early Bird ticket belongs to an Eligible Ticket Holder*

  1. When Early Bird ticket holder place their orders during the Virtual EOS promotion period, the Early Bird gift will be tagged to the order for delivery or pick-up.
  2. If there is no product order placed during Virtual EOS, the Early Bird Gift will be tagged to the Eligible Ticket Holder’s* next Singapore Essential Rewards Order for delivery or pick-up.
  3. Eligible Ticket Holders* can also visit the Young Living Singapore Experience Centre after the Virtual EOS 2021 to collect their Early Bird Gift without any order. All delivery and pick-up of Early Bird Gift will commence from October 12, 2021, and end by October 31, 2021.

In the event if the Early Bird ticket belongs to a Non-Young Living Member

Non-Young Living member can visit the Young Living Singapore Experience Centre after the Virtual EOS 2021 to collect their Early Bird Gift without any order. Collection of Early Bird Gift will commence fromOctober 12, 2021, and end by October 31, 2021.

Accessing the Event

Virtual EOS 2021 ticket holders can access the event by logging in using the registered email and the Ticket Code tagged to their e-ticket. Please note that once a Ticket Code is assigned with an email, it cannot be tagged to another email or Member ID as Virtual EOS 2021 tickets are non-transferrable.

All Virtual EOS 2021 ticket holders will be prompted to update their profiles when they log in to the event portal with their emails for the first time. This is a compulsory step to identify ticket holders by their Young Living Member ID, and ticket holders will not be able to access the event without first updating a profile.

Virtual EOS 2021 ticket holders who did not login and update a profile by Tuesday, October 5, 11:59 P.M. will not be able to access new products and Virtual EOS 2021 promotions in their Young Living Virtual Office after the event and will have to contact the Young Living Singapore via our hotline at (+65) 6911 0211 to place their orders, subject to availability.

All Virtual EOS 2021 content will be made available for on-demand playback to ticket holders from Monday, October 11, 6 P.M. until Monday, November 8, 11:59 P.M.

No, it is not necessary to have additional applications to access the content and videos of Virtual EOS 2021.

The Virtual EOS 2021 event portal is designed to be mobile-friendly. However, it is recommended to access the event on a laptop with a stable internet connection for the best experience.

After the Event

All Virtual EOS 2021 content will be made available for on-demand playback from Monday, October 11, 6 P.M. until Monday, November 8, 11:59 P.M.

All Virtual EOS 2021 content will be catalogued at their respective virtual event spaces for easy reference. As all content will be available for on-demand playback, there is no need to adhere to screening timings – just log in and watch all content at your convenience.

Products Purchase and Shipping

Virtual EOS 2021 ticket holders who are Young Living Singapore members will be able to purchase new products and event-specific promotions announced at the event through their Young Living Virtual Office.

Virtual EOS 2021 ticket holders who did not update profile by Tuesday, October 5, 11:59 P.M. will not be able to access new products and Virtual EOS 2021 promotions in their Young Living Virtual Office after the event, and will have to contact the Young Living Singapore via our hotline at (+65) 6911 0211 to place their orders, subject to availability.

Virtual EOS 2021 ticket holders not residing in Singapore shall arrange for their orders and/or Early Bird gifts and/or Ticket Purchase Gift Bundles to be collected from the Young Living Singapore Experience Centre or delivered to a Singapore address. Logistical/shipping arrangements and their respective costs are to be borne by the member.

Priority to purchase will be given to Eligible Ticket Holders*. To ensure a smooth ordering experience, Eligible Ticket Holders* must login and update their profiles from Wednesday, September 1 to Tuesday, October 5.

Virtual EOS 2021 ticket holders who are NOT Young Living members will only be able to purchase new products and event-specific promotions if they enroll as members by Sunday, October 31, 11:59 P.M. However, this is subject to stock availability at the point of ordering.

New enrollees will also have to contact the Young Living Singapore via email at custservsingapore@youngliving.com or call our hotline at (+65) 6911 0211 to place their orders, subject to availability.

We encourage your registered guest to collect or arrange for delivery of the Early Bird and/or Ticket Bundle Gift personally. However, if the registered guest is unable to do so, please contact Young Living Singapore via email at custservsingapore@youngliving.com or call our hotline at (+65) 6911 0211 with the registrant's email address and unique ticket code for verification.
